The Parrsboro Band Association owns and operates The Hall in Parrsboro. The Hall has been part of the cultural soul of Parrsboro for over a hyndred years. It has been revitalized as an accessible facility for a wide range of community groups.  The Parrsboro Citizens' Choir, the Strummers group and the Sea Shanties group rehearse there weekly. It is also used as a movie theatre and concert performance venue. The building may also be rented by outside community groups for rehearsal space, private parties,, workshops, meetings and celebtations.
